Artist of the Month nominations are here! March’s nominees are juniors Savanah O’Kelley, Yuli Gonzalez and senior Marielle Mickle.

O’Kelley has been nominated this month for her achievements in dance.

“She  attended MTSU’s Governor School for the Arts this past summer. This summer she will be attending the classes with the Joffrey Ballet School for two weeks in New York City,” said Diane Brewer, dance sponsor.

Yuli Gonzalez has been nominated by Jonathan Carter, art teacher, for her sculptures that she has created.

Marielle Mickle is nominated by Noi Woodruff, art teacher.

“[Marielle] is a senior AP Studio Art 2D Design student and has done a tremendous job in class and on her AP portfolio,” said Woodruff.
