The Blackman Voice promposal contest is returning for the senior class of 2022!  

A promposal is any planned request to be someone’s date to prom. 

The grand prize winner will receive two (2) free tickets to Prom, a $35 nail voucher from @haleykeynails, and a $50-off voucher for Street Tuxedo Suit Rental. More prizes to come! 

The three runner-up winners will receive the $50 off voucher for Street Tuxedo and other prizes to be added.

Videos will be judged by The Blackman Voice staff. 

Only BHS students in the class of 2022 are eligible to participate. Your prom date does not have to be a BHS student in the class of 2022.

Video length must be less than three (3) minutes and available for us to view. The deadline to submit is April 3 at midnight. Results will be announced on April 7.

All promposals cannot be anywhere that disrupts school or instructional time. If done at school, they MUST receive administrative approval. If the video is not appropriate for school, it will be referred for disciplinary measures.

It is highly recommended that you choose another place for your Promposal, but remember: regardless of the location, ALL VIDEOS MUST BE SCHOOL APPROPRIATE. You will be referred to administration for any inappropriate content.

Have fun! Be creative! If you win, we will place your video on our school website as long as we have administrative approval AND your approval.
