On Tuesday, November 1st, Blackman High School will be holding a mock election. The mock election, which will happen roughly a week before the real election on November 8th, will feature a paper ballot that not only lists major party candidates Donald Trump (Republican) and Hillary Clinton (Democrat), but also third party candidates Gary Johnson (Libertarian) and Jill Stein (Green Party).

The election will provide a good learning experience for students of all ages, as the school stresses the importance of civic engagement.
