National S16ning Day
National Signing Day is an extremely important day for all college athletes. Commitments become official, and a new chapter of each of these student athletes’ lives begins. Blackman football had five such athletes who received scholarship offers and signed on National Signing Day.
Taeler Dowdy, running back, signed with Austin Peay State University. Korey Tillman, defensive end, signed with Murray State. Matthew Leifheit, tight end, signed with Tennessee Tech. Angelo Derrick and Justin Brown, defensive linemen, signed with the University of the Cumberlands.
