Blackman Counseling is changing how students register for the 2016-2017 school year.

What You Need to Know:

1. This year you’ll be registering online through your iNOW account.
2. Online registration starts on Monday, February 1, 2016.
3. If you don’t have a computer at home or you experience issues with iNOW there will be scheduled days to meet with counselors to request classes.
4. The computer randomly schedules you based on your requests.
5. Seniors get first choice for classes, then juniors, then sophomores, and finally freshmen.
6. Early registration does not guarantee a place in the classes you choose.

You will still be meeting with your counselor to fill out forms and talk about which classes you need to take. Online registration doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll get all of the classes you want, but it will be easier to pick and narrow your choices.

Make sure to register by Friday, February 12, 2016. Your counselor will give you a verification form for your schedule.

If you want to change the classes or override something, you must get a parent signature. The deadline for changing your schedule is Friday, March 4, 2016.
