A number of  BHS clubs have holiday events that are happening during the months of November and December to celebrate the joy of Thanksgiving and to spread the  cheer of the Christmas season.

Cause for Paws is showing love to the best member of the family by giving food tips for all pets, both big and small. They are also hoping to assist at local animal rescue groups in the future and plan for a final community activity in the spring.

JROTC supported the second annual Veterans Day Parade on November 14th. The Parade gives attention to all of those who have served in regards to our country. Tennessee Valley Veterans Affairs Health Care System hosts the parade to honor the veterans in the VA Hospital in Murfreesboro.

French Club judged an in-house mousse competition on November 11. Students were able to pick their favorite mousse recipes and make a sample for all club members to taste and judge. There winners received cash prizes and ribbons after being judged on the mousse being chocolate, sweet but not chocolate, and savory. Hopefully, they found great recipes to share with others this holiday season!
