Video Games Coming Out This Year

Sonic X Shadow-Generations: A continuation of the Sonic generation’s game style, it will bring back classic Sonic into the 3D space but with a new character. Now bringing in Shadow as a playable character and past levels with a new story that will let you visit places from past games with new mechanics and powers.

Sonic X Shadow-Generations is rated E10+ for Everyone 10+

Marvel Rivals: It is a 6v6 hero shooter where you pick a set character each with their own abilities allowing you to play countless of Marvel characters such as the Hulk and Thor, but also brings in characters from the comics who aren’t in the movies yet. The game will include a mechanic called “Hero Team Ups” in which characters such as Groot and Rocket will be able to team up for a new combo and allow team synergy to be a big part of the game.

The Legend of Zelda-Echos of Wisdom: It will be a twist with this being the first game where you play as Zelda in the game series. It is a top-down perspective in a Hyrule without Link where you must try and save him from these rifts that have started to open across the Realm.

Super Mario Party Jamboree: This will be the biggest Mario party yet with over 100 minigames and players will be able to play with friends and family while playing as Mario characters. Now there will be up to 20 players at once with the edition of the online mode they have added to the game.

Dragon Ball Sparking Zero: A 3D fighting game based on the anime “Dragon Ball” and its continuations such as “Dragon Ball Z” and “Dragon Ball Super.” It has revealed 164 characters and will have transformations from the show as well as having characters from the movies and the old continuation of the show “Dragon Ball GT.”

Mario & Luigi-Brothership: Will be a new entry in the Mario and Luigi RPG game series where you play as Mario and Luigi stuck in a new island. You will be trying to find your way back to the mushroom kingdom while trying to find out who has brought you here, as well as saving the people of the island and stopping the mystery villain.
